For nearly a year, she showed us about three dozen homes before we found the right match. When we finally found our dream house, she guided us through the negotiation process to reach a fair price for our new home in good faith with the sellers. She even secured pre-occupancy for us. We are about to close the deal in selling our current house and again, Ann was extremely responsive and supportive in helping us reach our desired price point. Even when our home required work to move forward with the deal, Ann was with us every step of the way, stopping buy during lunch to speak with the contractor and calling us with regular updates. When we first reached out, we didn't expect to find much in regards to listings.
